Shipping and Receiving/Picker/Packer WAREHOUSE
One would be mainly a parcel shipping and receiving/picker/closer, that would need real attention to detail. They would learn the position and then work mainly on their own. They would pick orders and then use a computer at the closing station to close orders and place shipping labels, then run them down the belt onto the truck. On an average day, that would be around 82 cartons with a total of 100-150 lines picked. It will include picking serialized and non-serialized product. Once they learn the position, they are usually done by 4pm and just clean for the last hour. This would be a great fit for someone that works best alone or needs time away from people interaction.
The second position would be in our LTL/CPU. This would include wireless (steel) and non-wireless (DTV/ViaSat). They'll learn how to make wireless kits that will include pipe, angle and small parts. They'll also learn how to pick the DTV/ViaSat orders that will include serialized and non-serialized product. The wireless product is similar to the product being produced at the Denver location, but they will be creating kits for the customers. This would be best for someone that enjoys working in a team and interacting with others most of the day.
No forklift training or certs required, we can give that training on the job. The positions start at $19 per hour for the LTL picker.
Veterans, family members and dependents preferred but not exclusive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
