All candidates must be willing to complete the following pre-employment screenings:
The general assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the work day dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different work stations and machines, or they may be required to work in a specific work station depending on experience, training and skill level to perform work tasks.
Operating of one or more production machine such as a grinder, mill, drill press, lathe, etc.
Read work orders, work instructions, or formulas.
Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications using measuring instruments.
Good verbal communication and excellent analytical/problem solving skills
Detail oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude
Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment
Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs, as requested

Education standard: High school diploma or equivalent
